Jollibee discontinued their JOLLY HOT DOG so here is a copycat recipe.

Boil your hotdogs (4 pieces) uncovered for 6 minutes until plumped
Prepare the "special sauce." Combine mayo (1 cup), parmesan cheese (1 Tbsp), sugar (½ Tbsp), and mustard in a bowl. Mix.
Place hotdogs (4 pieces) in hotdog buns (4) and slather a generous amount of the special sauce. Sprinkle shredded mozarella cheese (½ cup) of processed cheese and a squirt a line of ketchup.
Enjoy immediately. 😉
