QUESO DE BOLA means “a ball of cheese”. It’s a staple in the Noche Buena table in the Philippines. 🇵🇭 You can purchase Queso de Bola in any Asian Supermarket.

Instructions
Combine the Queso de Bola (1 cups), All Purpose Cream (1 cups), mayonnaise (½ cup), Pimento (2 oz), Salt ( to taste) and white pepper ( to taste) in a mixing bowl. Mix.
Chill in the fridge for 2 hours before serving.
Serve with chips or crackers. I highly recommend Skyflakes crackers.
