Believe me when I tell you one of the best comfort foods you’ll ever eat is an EGG SALAD SANDWICH Filipino-Style 🍞 🥚 Creamy and savory egg salad toasted pandesal. Ohhh myyy guuuulay!!! 🤤
Place eggs (6) in a pot of water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Turn off the heat, cover, and let the eggs sit in hot water for 10 minutes.
Place eggs in ice-cold water and leave it for 10-15 minutes.
Peel the eggs, place in a bowl, and mash.
Add sandwich spread (⅓ cup), mayo (½ cup), cheese (½ cup), mustard, salt (to taste), pepper (to taste), and sugar (½ tsp). Mix until combined.
Cover and let it chill in the fridge for an hour.
Spread generously on toasted pandesal and enjoy immediately.
