Season shrimp (20 pieces) with white pepper (⅛ tsp), garlic powder (1 tsp) and oyster sauce (1 Tbsp) and mix.
Slightly break the shrimp (20 pieces) to straighten up. Be careful and don't break it completely (see video)
Lay a Spring Roll wrapper (10) on a flat surface, place shrimp (20 pieces) in one corner of the wrapper and roll and seal with cornstarch and water mixture. (See video)
Preheat vegetable oil (2 cups) to 350°F and fry the shrimp rolls for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Drain and serve with sweet chili dipping sauce.
