SALMON ADOBO SKEWERS in the air fryer. An easy and delicious dinner idea with a Filipino twist. Minimal effort and is so delicious!

Instructions
In a large container, combine salmon (1 ½ lb), soy sauce (⅓ cup), vinegar (⅓ cup), garlic (5 cloves), and black pepper (1 tsp). Mix until combined and let the salmon marinate for 20 minutes.
Skewer salmon and veggies.
Air fry at 390°F for 10-15 minutes.
In a small saucepan, add the remaining marinade and water (¼ cup). Reduce over low heat until it turns to a thick syrup consistency.
Brush sauce over the salmon skewers before serving.
Enjoy with steamed white rice.
