CHINESE SAUSAGE and EGG FRIED RICE is a meal on its own! It has garlic, onion, egg, Chinese sausage, day-old rice and seasonings stir-fried on a hot work until well combined. So easy to make and so delicious!

Instructions

  1. Mix all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.

  2. Heat your pan or work on medium heat. Add cooking oil and saute onions, garlic, and Chinese sausage (3) until fragrant for about 2-3 minutes.

  3. Add rice (3–4 cups), break it up with a spatula, and stir fry for a few minutes.

  4. Add sauce, mix, and stir fry until rice is fully coated in the sauce.

  5. Push rice (3–4 cups) to the sides to make a space in the middle of the pan add the beaten eggs (2) and scramble until firm.

  6. Mix and stir fry all together for a few minutes.

  7. Finish with green onions (1 handful) and serve immediately. Enjoy!
