BAKED CHEESY MUSSELS has become a popular appetizer in the Philippines. Usually served on special occasions. My version has mayo and lots of cheese and garlic. It’s soooo good. It’s my family’s favorite!

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a small bowl, combine mayo (⅔ cup), mozzarella cheese (1 ½ cups), garlic (4 cloves), Sriracha (1 Tbsp), salt ( to taste), and black pepper ( to taste). Mix until combined.
Arrange the mussels (2 lb) on a baking sheet.
Top the mussels with the cheese mixture. (I did a small dollop of cheese mixture on the mussels, then spread.)
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
Broil on top until cheese slightly browns
Top with green onions.
Serve immediately. Enjoy!

- Add more Sriracha hot sauce if you want it spicy.
- Don’t overfill the mussels.
